Check and update your APN settings:
Correct APN settings are crucial for data services to work properly. These should be set automatically but sometimes they are not.
Go to your phone's Settings > Mobile Data or Cellular > Mobile Data Network or Cellular Data Network
Make sure Mobile Data > APN is set as “Gamma”
Make sure MMS > APN is set as "three.co.uk"
