If you need a different size physical SIM card, don't worry! We've got you covered.
You have two options:
Use your original SIM card:
When you first joined our service, we sent you a card with three types of SIM cards attached to it (standard, micro, and nano). If you still have this card, you can simply detach the size you need for your new device.

Order a replacement SIM:
You can install a new eSIM to get started straight away or order a replacement physical SIM by getting in contact with our support team through the chatbot.
