We’ve got you covered. You can use a PUK code to unblock your SIM card if you’ve entered the PIN incorrectly three times. Just get in contact with our support team to obtain a PUK code.

Here's what you need to know:

  • When your SIM gets blocked, you’ll be prompted to enter a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code to unblock it. Our support team is ready to give you a PUK code if you require it.

  • After you’ve entered the PUK code you'll then be asked to create a new 4-digit PIN. Keep your new PIN recorded somewhere safe to avoid future lockouts.

🔔 Remember to be careful. If you enter the PUK code incorrectly multiple times your SIM will be permanently blocked and you’ll need to order a new one.

If you haven’t been able to unblock your SIM using your PUK code then get in contact with us through our chatbot. We’ll probably send you a replacement SIM card.
