What happens if I delete my eSIM?

If you accidentally delete your eSIM, no need to panic! You can get back up and running pretty quickly.

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Sign into your account online or in-app.

  2. Go to Account > SIM.

  3. Tap on “Replace my SIM”

  4. Choose “Switch to a new eSIM”.

  5. Follow the quick steps and you can add the eSIM back onto your phone.

🔔 Just remember that you’ll need to wait an hour before switching eSIMs again, and you can only activate eSIMs between 4:30 am and 9:30 pm.
