Getting an eSIM is pretty straightforward.
🔔 First off, you need to make sure your phone can handle eSIMs. If you’ve got a newer smartphone (like an iPhone XS or later, recent Samsung Galaxy, or Google Pixel 3 and up), you're probably good to go.
Once you’ve confirmed your phone’s compatible, you can select eSIM when you start a plan. Then just follow the on-screen instructions. See this guide if you need further help.
If you started a plan using a physical SIM you can switch to an eSIM by getting in contact with our support team through the chatbot.
