Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide tracking information for SIM deliveries.

Here's the lowdown:

  • We send our SIMs via Royal Mail First Class post so once your SIM is dispatched we don’t receive any further tracking details.

  • You’ll receive an email from us confirming when your SIM has been dispatched. This lets you know your SIM is on its way.

If you haven't received your SIM within a few working days of getting the dispatch email, feel free to get in touch with us through our chatbot. We'll be happy to help sort things out or arrange a replacement if needed.
