Here's the lowdown:
We send our SIMs via Royal Mail First Class post so once your SIM is dispatched we don’t receive any further tracking details.
You’ll receive an email from us confirming when your SIM has been dispatched. This lets you know your SIM is on its way.
If you haven't received your SIM within a few working days of getting the dispatch email, feel free to get in touch with us through our chatbot. We'll be happy to help sort things out or arrange a replacement if needed.
