Don't worry if you're not home when your SIM card arrives. Your delivery’s small enough to fit through most letterboxes, so you usually don't need to be home to receive it.
If for some reason it can’t be delivered, here’s what happens:
Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect it from your local depot or rearrange delivery. You typically have about 18 days to collect it before it's returned to us.
If your SIM card is returned to us, we’ll get in touch to confirm your address and arrange to have it resent to you.
