What happens if my payment fails?

Sometimes a payment fails when your plan auto-renews. It could be due to an expired card, a bank issue, or insufficient funds.

What will happen:

  • If there’s an issue with the scheduled auto-payment, we’ll notify you straight away.

  • We'll retry your payment method every day for a week.

  • If we are still unable to collect payment after a week, we will suspend your account and your services will be disrupted.
