When you first activate your SIM card, you’ll get a new number which you can use whilst you transfer your old number over.
You’ll need to use a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) to transfer your number, which you get from your old network and give to us. Don't worry - we'll walk you through the process in your account dashboard.
You'll be prompted to transfer your number during sign-up. If you choose to skip this step, you'll also see a popup to transfer your number on the "Home" tab following sign-up.
If you want to transfer your number at a later date you can do so from "Number Porting" within "Other" on the "Manage" tab.
On the date you’ve chosen, we’ll transfer your old number to your new SIM! The process typically finishes by 9 PM on the day you’ve chosen, and you may experience brief service interruptions during the switch.
🔔 Things to Remember
You have up to 30 days after leaving your old provider to request a PAC.
If you’re currently abroad, you may need to wait until you're back in the UK. For most providers, you must be in the UK to request a PAC.
