Setting up call forwarding is easy and can be done right from your phone! To help you out, we've written some handy step-by-step guides for those users on the most popular platforms, iOS and Android.
For iOS users:
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on "Phone."
Tap on "Call Forwarding."
If you have multiple SIMs, select the one you want.
Turn on the Call Forwarding toggle.
Tap on "Forward To."
Add the number you want calls forwarded to.
For Android users:
Open the Phone app.
Tap the three-dot menu, then "Settings."
Tap "Calling accounts" (might be under the "Calls" menu on some phones).
Select your calling account if you have multiple SIMs.
Tap "Call Forwarding."
Choose from these options:
Always forward: All calls go to another number.
When busy: Forwards when you're on another call.
When unanswered: Forwards if you don't pick up.
When unreachable: Forward when your phone is off or has no signal.
Enter the forwarding number and tap "Turn on."
🔔 Remember you can turn off call forwarding anytime in the same settings.
